Dr. Moisés Toapanta, PhD.

Is a PhD in Information Technology from the University of Guadalajara-Mexico, Master in Management of Communications and Information Technology, MSc. Cum Laude from the National Polytechnic School (EPN), Computer Engineer and Computer Science. He carried out his doctoral research stays at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) Spain and at the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the National Polytechnic School. Full Professor of the "Tecnológico Universitario Rumiñahui "ISU-ISTER", Research Professor (Occasional) Part Time at the "Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil" (UCSG), Guest Professor in Graduate Studies at several Universities in Ecuador, Peru, Mexico and Spain, Director and Co-director of Master's and Doctorate theses. Is an accredited evaluator and researcher, categorized in the RNI-Senescyt.

Dr. Antonio Orizaga, PhD.

Obtained his master's degree in Information Systems, Networks and Telecommunications at the University Of Guadalajara De México, stay of Doctoral Research in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Vigo, he obtained the degree of Doctor in Information Technologies at the University of Guadalajara of México. He is a professor of Distributed Systems at the University of Guadalajara, Coordinator of the Master in Information Technologies at the University of Guadalajara, CUCEA. He researcher and Professional in next-generation Convergent Technologies, fields of specialization in Cloud Computing, IoT over Smart Cities, Networking and Telecommunications, Security Systems in HPC and Financial Services.

Dra. Mercedes Baño, PhD.

Is Doctor in Strategic Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, Master in education and educational innovation. She also has a master's degree in international public accounting and a diploma in the same specialty from the University of Guadalajara (Mexico), a degree in economics with a mention in business management. She has extensive experience as a financial consultant for national and international companies. She has participated in presentations, publication of scientific articles, book chapters and books contributing from the financial and accounting perspective to the sustainable development of the business environment. She is the functional coordinator of the Vice President for Research and Postgraduate Studies at the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, where she participates in inter-institutional research projects at the local and regional levels. She is the leader of the research table at the Finance and Accounting Observatory of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

Dr. Enrique Mafla, PhD.

Is a professor in the Informatics and Computer Science Department, at Escuela Politecnica Nacional in Quito, Ecuador. He got his MSc and PhD degre es in computer science at Purdue University, West Lafayette. Dr. Mafla has published in IEEE Computer, USENIX Journal on Computing Systems, Computer Networks and ISDN Systems, and proceedings of international IEEE, ACM and Springer conferences. Dr. Mafla has been a visiting professor at the University of Florida and worked for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Rome and Accra. He has been a consultant in the FAO and projects funded by the Interamerican Development Bank. Information security consultant in various institutions of the Ecuadorian state to determine the impact on management.

Is a Research Professor in the Information Systems Department of the CUCEA University of Guadalajara (UDG) and is currently Coordinator of Linking and Talent at the Center for Innovation in Smart Cities of the UDG. She is a member of the academic nucleus of the Doctorate in Information Technology, of which she was coordinator from 2013 to 2016, obtaining her accreditation in the National Quality Standard (PNPC) by the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). He has extensive experience in the field of virtual education through online platforms and has directed several research and postgraduate thesis, in addition to supporting projects in Information Technology. Additionally, it has scientific publications and has participated in international conferences and panels.Manage national and international projects.

Dr. Andrés Díaz Toro, PhD.

I am Electronic Engineer from Universidad de Nariño, I have a master's degree in Automation, and a Doctorate in Electric and Electronic Engineering from Universidad del Valle. I did a short-term research at University of Oxford, England, at Mobile Robotics Group MRG in 2016. Mi doctoral tesis was awarded as "Tesis Meritoria". ​ Actually, I am developing a postdoctoral project sponsored by Fundación CEIBA and supported by UNAD, CCAV Pasto, DAVINCI research group. The title of the project is "Sistema portátil para asistir a personas invidentes en navegación con objetivo en tiempo real usando una cámara RGBD, un dispositivo de procesamiento embebido y realimentación háptica". ​ Some of the awards and academic recognitions are: Google Research Awards for Latin America LARA 2018, grant holder from Fundación CEIBA for doctoral studies (2015), one of the best papers in LARS-SBR (Latin American Robotics Symposium, 2015), winner of a research competition "Alberto Quijano Guerrero" (Universidad de Nariño, 2007), best secondary school student in academic modality (INEM Pasto, 2003) .

Dr. Yatheendraprakash Govindaraju, Ph.D.

I have more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry and worked in various countries like India, Mexico, and the USA. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University, India, and a Master of Engineering in Embedded Systems Technologies from Anna University, Chennai, India, and a Doctorate in IT from Universidad de Guadalajara. I have exposure to CNCF tools and containerization and experienced in J2EE, Javascript, XML, D3.js, Hibernate, Struts, JSP, Junit, Oracle 11G, IBM MQ, Python 3 (Pandas, Numpy, sklearn), Apache Jena, WebLogic, Python-openstack client, Unix. Carry out projects and implementation in Software engineering applying artificial intelligence for public and private companies.

Dr.  Richard  Romero, PhD.

He has a Doctor (PhD) in Applied Mathematical Statistics from the National University of Tumbes in Peru, a Master in Business Administration with a mention in International Business from the University of Guayaquil and a Computer Engineer from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral. He has 23 years of professional experience in the IT area, carrying out software development projects for different public and private companies. He has 10 years of experience in university teaching, where he has directed undergraduate and graduate theses. He has participated in some national and international conferences and conferences. He develops software applying business intelligence, software engineering and artificial intelligence for the continuous improvement of companies applying national and international standards. He has several publications in journals and conferences indexed in Scopus and Web of Science with SJR/JCR impact. He has given virtual presentations of scientific articles in several countries such as: USA, China, Ecuador, India, among others. He participates in several research projects at "GTM" International

Lcdo. Félix Mendoza, M.Sc.

I am Félix Mendoza, with Third Level and Fourth Level degrees in Information Systems from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), from 2010 and 2012, respectively.  Research Professor of Systems Engineering at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana from October 2013 to September 2019. With professional experience in the area of Information and Communication Technology, 25 years in private companies of type: agricultural, software development, logistics, education and consulting. I am co-author of ten scientific articles in the area of distributed and indexed architectures in Scopus, IEEE xplore, Inspec, Google Scholar and Springer.

Research Areas: Include distributed environments, information security, databases, algorithms and blockhchain technology.
